Pantone's 2014 Color of the Year
Pantone's pick for color of the year is...Radiant Orchid! We've seen a lot of purple hues on the runways and red carpets, but we're curious to see how (and if) our customers will incorporate this trendy color in their homes and offices. We think this pale shade would look great painted in a guest/girl's room, powder room or as an accent wall. What do YOU think?

From Aqua to Green - This Bathroom is Now Serene
We've been remodeling A LOT of bathrooms lately. We just finished overhauling a small basement bathroom and the results are just amazing! These are some of the most dramatic before and after photos we've ever taken. Our favorite part of the project? Replacing the plastic aqua tiles with white subways on the vertical. The most interesting compliment we've ever received? To quote the homeowners, "Our bathroom no longer looks like a meth lab."

Pretty in Pineville
We went all the way with this half-bath remodel! From boring brown
to tranquil blue, new paint (Behr’s River Rock), flooring, vanity,
toilet and a sparkly mirror totally transform this small townhouse bathroom.
Before
After
Here is what the client had to say:
"I've used May Property Services for cleaning my dryer vents to replacing my sliding glass door to completely renovating my half bathroom and flooring throughout my downstairs, and every time I've been impressed with the result, time frame and cost. Eric has even tried to talk me OUT of spending more money! I can't recommend May Property Services highly enough."

Baby Chevron
Expecting a little one? Do something different with your nursery's decor -- do chevron! It's a fun design that will grow with your child and still look good with big kid furniture.

More Chevron for the Bath
A colorful chevron wallpaper can add lots of drama to an otherwise dull bath or powder room.

We are loving the clean look of the marble chevron tiled wall and sconces on both sides of the mirror - gorgeous!
The chevron wall pattern compliments the bathroom's natural stone counter top, adding texture and modern elements to this neutral bathroom.
Here's a similar idea using slate. The natural gray color variations in the stone add dimension to a monochromatic floor and pop against the white vanity for a crisp, clean, classic look.
Turn your bathroom into a conversation piece with a high contrasting bold chevron zig-zag.
